This shovel like the firing boards are made following a specific production process, with beech wood not chemically treated and without the use of glues or harmful substances that can come into contact with food both at room temperature and inside the oven chamber. They consist of a single piece and are very light, practical and sliding both in baking and in taking out the pizza.
