Perforated Pizza peel for “Roman Pinsa”, solid Azzurra Gi.Metal line, anodized aluminum head and handle. The dimensions of the tool allow to make of a “Roman Pinsa” of dimensions 20/22 cm x 32/35 cm as established by the protocol of the Original Pinsa Romana Association. Excellent compromise between lightness, strength and ease of use.
The aluminum makes it surprisingly light, while the ribs of the head guarantee sturdiness and high sealing; the front milling makes easy to lift up the dough with absolute naturalness. The 3 in-line rivets allow the joint between the head and the handle to be very firm and without vibrations, making the tool safe and resistant.
