Perforated small peel, Gi.Metal Carbon line, stainless steel head and handle, light and resistant. The perforated head allows the excess flour to be discharged, increases lightness and decreases friction, making the surface more sliding.

The small peel is used:
– to spin the pizza into the oven in order to get a uniform cooking.
– to check the cooking, avoiding the bottom side burns.
– to take the pizza out of the oven as soon as it is ready
The head of the peel is smaller than the pizza in order to spin it easily; moreover, the cooked pizza is rigid enough to be taken out of the oven with a small peel even if the peel surface is small.
