Description
Small peel GI.METAL Azzurra Line, stainless steel head and handle, light and resistent. Bottom butt and sliding grip are made of a polymer resistant to heat and hits. Pizzaiolo’s hands are safely proctected from the heat of the oven. 100% Made in Italy.
The small peel is used:
– to spin the pizza into the oven in order to get a uniform cooking
– to check the cooking avoiding the bottom side burns
– to take the pizza out of the oven as soon as it is ready
The small peel head is smaller then the pizza size in order to spin it easily, moreover, when the pizza is cooked it is rigid enough to be taken out of the oven even if the peel surface is small. The handle lenght should be based on the oven depht.
