Small peel Gi.Metal Alice line, stainless steel head and handle.
The increased thickness of the head makes the tool strong and sturdy enough to move small logs inside the oven; highly resistant even to heat. The handle and Bottom butt and sliding grip are made of a polymer resistant to heat and hits. Pizzaiolo’s hands are safely proctected from the heat of the oven.

The small peel is used to:
– to spin the pizza into the oven to get a uniform cooking
– to check the cooking, avoiding the bottom side burns
– to take the pizza out of the oven as soon as it is ready.
The small peel head is smaller than the pizza to allow it order to spin it easily; moreover, when the pizza is cooked pizza it is rigid enough to be taken out of the oven even if the peel surface is small.
