Linea Dori 3000 shovel for pizza in evaporated beech, used to bake pizza by the meter.
The blades are made exclusively following a high-quality construction technique, with chemically untreated beech wood and without the use of glues or harmful substances that can come into contact with food both at room temperature and inside the oven chamber.
The head is composed of three bands held together by steel pins, which, by creating a slight crack, guarantee the natural movement of the wood, also preventing premature breakage of the blade. If the cracks become distanced with use, it will be sufficient to deal a few blows to the side to restore the initial structure.
