Shipping

Delivery costs vary depending on the destination. The minimum order amount is € 50.00, excluding shipping costs.
For deliveries on the Italian territory, with an order over € 150.00 (VAT excl.), Delivery is free.
For deliveries outside the Italian territory, but within the EU, the shipping costs are indicated and calculated in the purchase procedure, before the order is placed by the buyer and are shown on the order summary page.

Restostore will ship the goods within 2 (two) working days of receiving the order: this is guaranteed for 93% of the order procedures sent. Restostore undertakes to respect the preparation and sending times. Each order requires the following deadlines to arrive at its destination:

– two working days for order management
– orders registered before 12pm will be in charge of the warehouse the same day
– time necessary for the carrier to transport the goods

Please also remember for payments made by advance bank transfer, it is not possible to ship the goods until the payment made has been credited.

National and international couriers make deliveries from Monday to Friday, during normal business hours (8:00 – 17:00) regulated and indicated by them and cannot be syndicated to Restostore.

In most cases it will be possible to track the shipment. Buyers will receive an email from the courier, containing a link, by clicking on which they can keep track of their shipment.
