Description
Perforated small peel, Gi.Metal Gold line with G.H.A. – Golden Hard Anodizing – a special processing that makes it highly resistant and very light. This small peel is the lightest you will find on the market: only 490gr for the smallest size!
The perforated head allows the excess flour to be discharged, increases lightness and decreases friction, favoring smoothness. Bottom butt and sliding grip are made of a polymer resistant to heat and hits. Pizzaiolo’s hands are safely protected from the heat of the oven.
Caution: do not use directly on the flame or to move wood. 100% Made in Italy product.
The small peel is used:
– to spin the pizza into the oven in order to get a uniform cooking
– to check the cooking, avoiding that the bottom burns
– to take the pizza out of the oven as soon as it is ready.
The head of the peel is smaller than the pizza size in order to spin it easily; moreover, when the pizzais cooked it is rigid enough and can be taken out of the oven even if the peel surface is small.
