The head surface is made with a special process in order to obtain a large number of small “rice grain”, this surface reduces the contact between the dough and the metal sheet increasing the slidingness
The ribs on the head give strenghtness, the flexibility of the material assure the spatula effect and the dough disk can easily get on.
The 3 in-line rivets make the junction between head and handle strong and without vibration. The feedback is a safe and resistent tool. The anodization protects the tool from oxidation, for a long lasting use. 100% Made in Italy product.
The size of the peel head should be the same (or slightly bigger) than the pizza you want to make, in order to carry it the best way. The sizes 33 and 36cm are the most popular for the individual pizza. The lenght of the handle depends on the depth of the oven. The 60cm is strongly suggested for electric deck ovens.
