Aluminium makes the peel really light, the ribs on the head give strenghtness, the flexibility of the material and the front milling assure the spatula effect and the dough disk can easily get on.
The perforation allows to drop off the flour avoiding it can burn into the oven and making smoke. It also reduces the weight and the dough disk will slide much easier. The 3 in-line rivets make the junction between head and handle strong and without vibration. The feedback is a safe and resistent tool.
