Rectangular perforated pizza peel, Gi.Metal Gold line, G.H.A aluminum head and anodized aluminum handle for high professional performance. The G.H.A treatment – Golden Hard Anodizing – is a hard anodic oxidation of Japanese origin, with sealing of the micro porosities with silver ions. This particular process gives very high resistance performance and also antibacterial and anti-mold capabilities.
The heat resistance is 3 times higher than that of standard anodized aluminum. The drilling design is highly inovative, with the holes positioned in an oblique line in double direction: optimized flour discharge, extreme smoothness and reduced weight of the tool. The ribs of the head guarantee sturdiness and high sealing. In the same way, the flexibility of the material and the front milling ensure the spatula effect and the handling of the dough with absolute naturalness and the dough disk can easily get on.
The 3 in-line rivets allow the joint between the head and the handle to be very firm and without vibrations, making the tool safe and resistant. The size of the head must be the same, or a little larger in fact, than the pizza you want to make, in order to support it in the best way. The dimensions 33 and 36 cm are the classic measures for the pizza to the plate. The length of the handle varies according to the depth of the oven.
