This board is part of the new ‘Aria’ Line which consists of six shovel models with perforated heads, a feature that makes them LIGHT, STURDY and FUNCTIONAL. ‘ARIA’ is the first line of perforated blades in beech plywood which, thanks to this splendid material, does not ignite or overheat. It allows you to almost completely eliminate the flour in the oven. Finally, the dough, even the most humid, does not stick and flows smoothly, even if it is left to rest on the shovel for a few minutes. They consist of a single piece and are very light, practical and sliding both in baking and in taking out the pizza.
